Erin has been with us for quite a while, watching our now 20 month old. She has been absolutely amazing, and we are so sad to be moving to daycare for financial reasons! Since starting, she works daily with our toddler to do fun things, and learn lots. Our toddler now counts to 7, knows 100+ words, is stringing 3-4 together, and is learning feelings. Our toddler is always so excited to see “Nanna” and is sad to say goodbye, they have an amazing connection. Erin is very consistent, goes above and beyond, our home is always tidy and fresh when we get home. She has worked overtime consistently without complaint, and added weekend date days for us, too. She’s been fantastic, and we hope to keep her as a part of our family.
