As Mom of 6, I've cared for dozens of children thru the years. They call me Nana because I'm more than just a caregiver. I build strong bonds with the kids/ families I serve. I specialize in 0-5 yrs. I've Nannied for 2 families that had two children under 2. I use baby sign to assist in their ability to communicate before they're verbal. I also narrate what I'm doing throughout the day, to encourage language skills. I bring a nurturing spirit & love for enriching young minds. By singing to little ones, I can help cement learning concepts in a fun way. I'm animated in my demeanor & make things fun. I bring excitement to learning opportunities. I create routines, early on, so the children always know what to expect from me. I believe open, honest communication is key to a successful parent/ caregiver relationship.
