About Erin

Hello! My name is Erin, and I have over 7 years of experience in child care, with a special focus on early childhood education and working with children on the autism spectrum (ASD). I currently work at the Alyce Hatch Special Education Center, where I have the opportunity to work closely with little ones 2-5 years old with a range of special needs, including those with ASD. This experience has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that each child brings. I've also babysat children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids, which has allowed me to build a diverse skill set and adapt to a variety of caregiving situations.
