About Erinn

Hi! My name is Erinn and I've worked with children ages 0-11. But have spent most of my time with ages 0-6 in a day care setting, summer camp, a 4K classroom and a before and after school program. And I'm currently a manager for a before and after school program. I'm searching for the position I've always wanted, which is to become a nanny for a loving family. I enjoy spending time outside with children and finding fun and creative activities, while still providing structure. I'm patient, empathetic, organized and a good communicator. My goal is to create a secure and supportive environment where each child can reach their full potential. I'm looking for a position that aligns with my values, has open communication, a respectful work environment and a good fit with the family's dynamic. Also a position that has clear responsibilities and expectations and offers opportunities for professional growth. As well as 30 to 45 hours, PTO, payroll and sick days.
