Erin is a caring and attentive nanny. She is thoughtful, communicative, and very gentle. While she was caring for our infant daughter, she was flexible and able to roll with the day-to-day reality of our lives. She also consistently thought about ways to engage her and would come up with creative activities. I would very much recommend her to another family looking for care for their children.
