I've worked with kids since I was 10 and from then on I knew I wanted to work with them forever. My past jobs have included working at a children's residential facility (jasper mountain), a swim instructor (children 3 months to 18), a direct support person for multiple children with behavioral and medical issues, and a nanny for a family of 4 (ranging from newborn to 13). The majority of my work with children has been with neurodivergent individuals. I also have experience with other behavioral issues such as ADHD, anxiety, Autism, ODD, Tourettes, PTSD, anger management and others. Outside of working with kids I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, rollerblading, painting and going to the ocean. I'm also currently working on getting my certification as a medical assistant with a focus on pediatrics. This does not affect my hours of availability.
