About Erin

I am delighted to have this opportunity to rave about Erin. She really is an extraordinarily skilled care taker. Every morning, as soon as our daughter set eyes on Erin, she broke out into a big wide smile. She absolutely adored Erin! While on summer break from college, Erin cared for our daughter from the age of 5 months to almost 8 months, and we were so lucky to have her. Erin was attuned to our daughter’s moods and needs, adapting as needed to her quickly changing moods and growth. Whether soothing our girl through teething discomfort, offering the comfort of a contact nap, or turning simple routines into moments of joyful learning, Erin exudes calm, safety, and fun. Our daughter thrived with her care. Erin meaningfully engaged with her through developmentally appropriate activities—songs, reading, play, and floor time—without ever relying on screens. Her ability to balance structure with flexibility made each day feel grounded. Whenever there was a lull in specifically childcare duties (like, say, the baby fell asleep), Erin used the time to help in thoughtful, practical ways, like folding baby laundry, emptying the diaper genie, or washing pump parts. She was exceedingly reliability (never late) and has a consistently pleasant demeanor, even during challenging moments. Erin is not only smart and capable, but her emotional intelligence and genuine love for children set her above and beyond. Any family would be lucky to work with her.
