I am patient, compassionate, and skilled in using validation and redirective techniques to support those who need help regulating their emotions due to a dementia diagnosis. I understand the importance of clear and accurate communication. Building a connection based on trust and familiarity is key. I strive to understand each individual's environment and routine to foster independence and reduce stress. I have college experience, current CPR Training, CPI Certified, Mandt Certified, L1Ma and insulin certified. I am an animal person and very comfortable with pets.
