I have been working with kids for a couple of years now starting in the baby room working with 3-month-olds all the way to working with 6-year-olds doing pre-k work. Was a registered behavioral technician for 1. 5 years with kiddos that have ASD, before becoming an operations manager at a ABA clinic. Very passionate about working with kiddos and supporting them through kindness, emotional regulation modeling, and always staying true to my word. I constantly try to be as empathetic as I possibly can and ask why before jumping to a conclusion. Love to see kids grow into what they are capable of! I started working with kids in 2021 In my spare time, I like to read, hangout with friends, and hang out with the family! One thing you should know about me is when working with kids I am very professional but also can be as silly and fun as the kiddo is! My skills include - working with kiddos in the spectrum - playing with the kiddos - modeling setting boundaries - support in daily routine
