About Erika

Hi! I'm Erika-an energetic, nurturing, and purpose-driven educator, mentor, and minister with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I'm a proud Spelman College alumna (B. A. in Psychology/ Education Studies) and earned my Master of Divinity from Emory University. Over the years, I've worn many hats- I've served as a kindergarten teacher, afterschool coordinator, youth mentor, college ministry leader, and program officer, etc -creating safe, fun, and engaging environments that build confidence and character. My background spans nonprofits, churches, and schools where I've led programs rooted in creativity, faith, leadership and SEL. Now transitioning into full-time ministry and entrepreneurial coaching, consulting, counseling and youth/adolescent programming: I'm excited to offer dependable, values-based care for families. Whether it's homework help, creative activities, or emotional support-I bring heart, structure, and joy to every interaction!
