Hi! I'm Erika! I'm a warm, dependable, and nurturing childcare professional with 11 years of experience caring for children from 6 weeks through 4 years old. I'm also a mom to an 8-year-old daughter and an aunt to 9 children ages 3-12. I truly love helping little ones learn, grow, and feel safe and loved. I'm First Aid & CPR certified for adults and pediatrics, hold a National Child Development Associate (CDA) credential for Birth-5 years, and have my MAT certification for medication administration. I'm passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. I'm attentive to each child's individual needs, routines, and milestones, and I value open communication with parents.
