As a Certified Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training, I provide services like errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and help with physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. Building connections with care recipients starts with understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations while incorporating memory care activities. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
