Hello, I'm Erika! I have over 6 years of professional childcare experience caring for children from newborns through age 12 and beyond. I have a strong understanding of child development, health, safety, and well-being. I'm passionate about creating a fun, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. I enjoy incorporating arts & crafts, baking, storytime, outdoor exploration, and educational activities that encourage learning and development. I also love introducing American Sign Language (ASL) to support early communication. My goal is to provide compassionate, dependable care while building trusting relationships with both children and families.
