About Caroline

Hi! I'm Caroline, a junior at UW-La Crosse majoring in Elementary Education. I'm passionate about working with kids and plan to become a 2nd-4th grade teacher after graduating. I have experience as a substitute teacher and will be a summer school paraprofessional, so I'm comfortable supporting routines, learning, and behavior in a positive, structured way. I've worked with a variety of ages and needs, and I focus on creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. I enjoy helping with homework, encouraging creativity, and keeping kids active and engaged. I also have a reliable vehicle and can assist with transportation and light child-related tasks. I'm dependable, patient, and love building strong connections with families. I'm looking for summer childcare and occasional babysitting opportunities!
