My calling to care for others stems from a deep passion for supporting adults' and seniors' independence and well-being. My experiences in previous care roles have only strengthened my desire to positively impact their lives. I have three years of experience providing compassionate care. I am friendly, approachable, professional, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred communication method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is important to me. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I hold a college degree, am fluent in English and Spanish, and have current CPR and First Aid certifications. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals.
