I have five years of experience providing home health, mobility assistance, and dementia care. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
