I'm eager to help your child thrive academically. I have a college degree and two years of experience tutoring elementary school students in various subjects, including Math, English, Test Preparation, Computers, Art, Music & Drama. I believe every student has unique potential and can achieve their goals with personalized support. I vary my teaching strategies, such as using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems, to adapt to each student's individual learning style. I celebrate small successes and provide consistent positive reinforcement to keep students motivated, especially when facing challenging concepts. Open communication is essential for understanding student needs and progress. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment when a concept clicks is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for your child!
