Hello families! I'm Ericka. I have been working with children on and off for the past 11 years. I have cared for children ages newborn to teenage. I also have 4 years experience working full time as a direct support professional for individuals with developmental disabilities. I am CPR/AED certified, have reliable transportation, and am fully vaccinated. I feel I am able to be a fun and sensitive caregiver, while still ensuring important routines are kept. Ericka was great with my toddler and baby and handled them both well. She cleaned up after the kids, communicated well with me and was always punctual and engaging. My son was excited to see her whenever she came over and still asks about her. If we need someone again I would choose Ericka as my first choice.
