About Ericca

Hi! My name is Ericca, and I have over 8 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I have nannied children ages 6 months to 13 years old. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently working toward my Master's in Social Work, which really shapes how I approach childcare. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where kids feel understood and encouraged to grow. I'm also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and currently work with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This has given me strong skills in communication, patience, behavior support, and meeting each child where they're at developmentally. I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the children I work with and supporting families in a reliable, thoughtful way. Whether it's playtime, learning activities, or helping with routines, I aim to create a positive and nurturing experience for every child.
