About Alondra

Hi! My name is Alondra, and I have over 6 years of experience working in early childhood education. For the past 3 years, I've been a teacher at a daycare where I run my own classroom and manage daily routines, lesson plans, and behavior guidance. I've also worked with two families through Care. com, so I'm comfortable transitioning from a classroom setting to more personalized, in-home care. I have experience with potty training, creating structured schedules, planning age-appropriate activities, and supporting children's social and emotional development. I'm bilingual (English and Spanish), which allows me to communicate easily with families and support language development for children as well. Working with kids is something I truly enjoy. I'm patient, dependable, and confident in my ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for your child. I understand how important communication is with parents and always make that a priority.
