Hi! I'm Erica! I'm a fun, energetic, and caring person who genuinely enjoys spending time with kids and helping families feel comfortable while they're away. I have professional experience working with children and youth, supporting them with daily routines, activities, social skills, problem-solving, and communication. I enjoy building connections with kids and creating an environment where they feel comfortable being themselves while still having clear structure and expectations. I enjoy music, tv shows, doing crafts and activities, going outside, helping with homework, preparing simple meals and snacks, and getting involved in whatever the child is interested in. I'm also comfortable helping with bedtime routines, getting ready for school or activities, and keeping things picked up after we've had fun. I'm available for nannying and occasional date nights, and I'd love the opportunity to meet your family and see if we're a good fit!
