About Erica

For three decades, I've dedicated myself to nurturing young minds and supporting families. My passion lies in fostering children's growth, making a positive impact on their lives, and providing parents with reliable care. I hold a graduate degree in special education, am a certified teacher and am certified further in transition and inclusion. I am also a parent to an almost 18-year-old. I am patient, creative, friendly, and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I always follow parents' preferred method of communication. I am comfortable caring for one to two children at a time. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family.
