About Hayley

Hi, i'm Hayley! I have extensive personal and professional experience working with individuals with diverse needs. I have a 8-year-old brother who is nonverbal and autistic, and a 11-year-old brother diagnosed with ADHD, which has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of neurodiversity and family support. Professionally, I work in a special education school supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with several years of experience in the autism field, including implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting communication, regulation, and skill development. I am also CPR certified.
