Working with kids and adults with autism has been a special and rewarding experience for me. I have learned to be more patient, understanding, and flexible. Each person is unique, and I enjoy helping them grow by using clear communication, simple routines, and visual tools. It makes me happy to see their progress and be a part of their journey. This work has taught me to appreciate small steps and always lead with kindness.
