We interviewed Ronee to care for our son. After weeks of dialogue, reference checking and background checks we were excited to have her begin with us on August 23, 2021. The night before her start she sent an ambiguous text and became non responsive. We have not heard from her since. She seemed like she would be such a good caretaker. I wish there would have been honest communication versus leaving us jilted at the last minute.
