I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs. In my previous role as a Behavior Technician in a school setting, I supported children with communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills while creating a safe and encouraging environment for them to learn and grow. I really value getting to know each child as an individual and understanding their unique needs, personality, routines, and interests. I'm comfortable following behavior plans, providing structure and consistency, helping with transitions, and using positive reinforcement to encourage independence and confidence. I'm also CPR/First Aid trained and take safety and communication with families very seriously. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy working with children and want the families I work with to feel comfortable knowing their child is safe, understood, and cared for while they're with me.
