Ive been helping parents with they're babies since 2016. Watching after children throughout the years has been one of the greatest experience's of my life. My childhood was not the best and I learned a lot from my parents mistakes. Understanding where they lacked, allows me to be better prepared with the children. Ive worked with children of different ages at the same time. Two of my kids where a different case. One has autism, and the other has respiratory problems. And its been an absolute joy taking care of them, and it has given me more experience and prepared me for certain situations.

My son requires of special attention at times because of some health problems and Erica has been very open to learning about my son's medical need. I have also have need her to babysit my brother that has autism and she has gone out of her way to study and inform herself on his needs and behaviors .
