About Erica

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest, loving. I like working with kids because I genuinely love being around their energy and creativity. I take pride in being responsible, patient, and engaging whether it's helping with homework, playing games, or just being a calming presence when needed. It's rewarding to build trust with both the kids and their families and to know I'm making a positive difference in their day to day lives. I started working with kids when I was in high school. My nephew was born when I was 15 and I always help take care of him. I have also taken care of my little cousins when needed. In my spare time, I love going to church. I love spending time with my friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am very responsible. I am honest and try to accomplish tasks given to me to the best of my abilities. My skills include supervision and safety. I am very patient. I am good at problem solving. I am also good at time management.
