About Jamie

I have experience caring for different ages including the elderly, children, and babies. I have done pet sitting as well. I'd describe my personality as friendly, good-natured, and kind. I like working with kids because kids are creative, intelligent, curious, invigorating, and delightful. I'm looking for a job that inspires me by being around different types of people who need care. I am a very caring and nurturing person. I started working with kids when I was a teenager many years ago. In my spare time, I like to write, draw, spend time with family, listen to music, watch movies, visit art museums, and read. One thing you should know about me is I have recently cared for my sickly mother for almost two years while she was dying. I knew what she needed and I treated her with love, kindness, and respect. My skills include reading to children, doing crafts with kids, feeding kids. I know how to encourage kids to be creative and have fun in an educational way.
