Hi, my name is Erica, and I'm a 31-year-old childcare professional with over 18 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens-including two years working in a licensed daycare and preschool setting. I bring creativity, patience, and reliability to every family I work with, and I love planning engaging, age-appropriate activities like outdoor sports, educational games, and imaginative play. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and as a certified PADI Dive Master with additional rescue, CPR, and oxygen provider certifications, I'm especially confident when supervising in or around water. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time, have my own reliable vehicle, and am very comfortable around pets. I always follow household guidelines and provide regular updates to parents via text or phone, depending on your preference.
