Nicole is a sweet and respectful young woman who takes direction well and was kind to our child during her time with us. Unfortunately, she was only with our family for a short period (just under two months) due to ongoing health challenges that required hospitalization and may involve future surgery. These health issues understandably impacted her ability to consistently show up for work, which created some difficult situations for us. It’s important for potential families to know that Nicole’s availability may be limited due to her medical needs. If you’re looking for reliable, day-to-day childcare support, she may not be the right fit. Additionally, she was unable to drive our child due to a significant speeding ticket, which further limited her role. In our experience, Nicole is a great babysitter—warm, gentle, and responsive—but not a full-time nanny. There’s a meaningful difference between the two, and we’d recommend her for occasional or short-term care rather than a long-term, high-reliability position.
