About Erica

I am an experienced, naturally minded, nanny and postpartum CAPPA doula. I prioritize outdoor play, nature immersion, healthy lifestyle choices & supporting families. Inspirations: Waldorf, Reggio, Montessori, Unschooling & RIE parenting methods. I focus on what best serves the growth and development of each child as an individual. I keep kids active, joining playgroups, visiting the nature center, aquarium, zoo and organizing educational activities. I have a 9-year-old that is homeschooled and comes with me to work. I am familiar with dietary restrictions and allergen diets, paced bottle feeding, baby-led weaning, babywearing, sleep training methods, potty-training, elimination communication and household management tasks.
