Erica is such a positive, enthusiastic person. She had many responsibilities as she cared for our parent so that she was able to stay in her home. She quickly learned routine, meal preparation, clean up, laundry and most importantly helping our parent continue enjoying walks outside, bird watching, reading, and keeping updated on current news. She communicated clearly with all family members. We are so very grateful to have her care, concern and genuine affection for our parent. She's a gem!
