About Madelynn

I'm someone who leads with empathy and compassion, and I pride myself on being someone others can trust. I enjoy caring for seniors because I have an old soul and often connect more naturally with them than with people my own age. I'm looking for a role where I can be a companion, assist with activities of daily living, and support individuals in maintaining their independence. I started caring for seniors in 2020 when I became a resident assistant at an assisted living facility. I received my CNA license in 2021. One thing you should know about me is I focus on providing patient-centered care and treat every individual with respect, patience, and kindness. I care for others the same way I would want my own loved ones to be cared for. My top three senior care skills are empathy, patience, and experience working with individuals who have dementia. I am currently employed at a memory care assisted living facility, I work once a month while in school. I am open to summer 2026 work.
