My senior care experience is very personal to me. The closest to my heart being the times I have been able to aid my own grandparents in the care and upkeep of their home and gardens; for years I would go over to visit, play some cards with them, and then get to work weeding the flower beds and moving their furniture how they pleased for it to be. In addition to this I have spent years as a private horse farm manger. The owner of this facility was an older gentlemen that had physical limitations and was partially paralyzed. We personalized a safe experience so he could still ride his horses and maintain some independence while we aided in his mobility and oversaw his safety. Kind Genuine Industrious I love to hear and share stories. I grew up living amid the telling and retelling of good memories and learned experiences. I find that seniors especially, given the scope and adventure of their time, have the best stories, advice, and wisdom to share.
