About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma, a caring, energetic college student with over 5 years of experience working with kids. I'm 20 years old and currently a junior at Western Illinois University, pursuing my Communications degree fully online. This flexible schedule allows me to be reliable, present, and adaptable as a nanny. I've worked as a youth volleyball coach and at Wilmot Ski Hill helping kids learn to ski, both roles have taught me patience, creativity, and how to keep children engaged while encouraging independence and confidence. Outside of childcare, I'm passionate about health and fitness, and I love bringing that active spirit into my work through outdoor play and positive encouragement.
