We hired Monica for 1 week to care for our 2 daughters: 5 & 2 years old. We were traveling to the suburbs of Chicago for a family wedding & needed help. We found her on care.com and loved her since the minute we talked to her on the phone. She is communicative, trustworthy, reliable, dependable, caring, loving, disciplined, honest, cand goes above & beyond. She understood the objective and the circumstances. And just ran with it. I am an extremely high standards person and she just blew my mind. She went above & beyond my expectations to prepare for taking care of the kids. She doesn't treat her job as a transaction. She takes interest and does a lot of work outside of her job to make the kids feel happy and cared for. She is reliable with driving kids to a park too. She understood how I like to do it as a parent and did it my way. I appreciate that because every parent has their way of raising their kids.
