About Emma

Hi there, nice to meet you! Hoping I'm the right fit for your family! I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. Assisting at my first childcare center during school breaks. From there, I used my school opportunity of half-day internships to continue working in classrooms. By 17, I was promoted to assistant teacher. From there, I continued expanding my experience with new age groups and roles, including lead teacher, office manager and now currently, assistant director at a highly accredited 4 STAR center! Even though I have worked hard to get to the position I'm in now. I'm looking for a job that allows me to form deeper connections with the children in my care. My "why" has always been fostering the developmental growth of each child. Making them feel seen, important and capable of anything. I'm hoping that forming a closer relationship to the child and their family will allow more of that!
