About Emma

I am a driven and community-oriented caregiver who is very enthusiastic at the prospect of working with children. I'm dedicated to providing children with a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment in which they have ample opportunities to stretch their knowledge and try new things. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and am well versed in creating comprehensive lesson and activity plans that incorporate play that keep children both engaged and excited to learn. I have 5 years paid experience caring for children in both home and childcare center settings. I have also had 2 years of experience student and substitute teaching in elementary schools around Chittenden County. I love spending time outdoors, creating art, and reading. I find true joy and purpose in caring for and teaching children!
