I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which motivated me to become a childcare provider. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and I strive to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I have one year of experience caring for children and am comfortable taking care of two children at a time. I'm experienced with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. In terms of communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. I provide written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone call, and I follow the parents' preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead and enforce them consistently and fairly.
