Hi, I'm Emma! I'm a passionate, experienced caregiver who loves spending time with kids. Throughout high school and college, I babysat for the same family-starting with two young kids under three and eventually caring for four kids under seven. I have 6 nieces and nephews who I spend a ton of time with. After six years as an executive recruiter in New York City, managing high-stakes searches for top tech companies, I'm stepping back from corporate life. A bit about me: I grew up in Vermont, where my love for the outdoors began. I was a competitive runner and skier throughout high school and college, and I recently ran the Boston Marathon. I graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2019 and have spent the last three years in NYC. Whether it's a beach day, a nature hike, or a rainy day filled with games and crafts, I know how to keep kids engaged, happy, and safe.
