With over a decade of experience, I've had the joy of supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creative and imaginative nature, allows me to connect with children on a deeper level. Clear communication is key, so I provide written daily reports, have verbal conversations at pickup, and give regular updates via text or phone calls to keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. Enforcing household rules is essential for creating a structured environment, and I am very comfortable doing so. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I have a variety of games in my arsenal to keep children engaged and entertained. I can comfortably care for up to four children, ranging from infants to pre-teens.
