About Emma Hostnik

My name is Emma , and I am in my second year at Wayne State University Law School. My expected graduation date is May 2025. Prior to starting law school, I worked as a metro Detroit-based writer and editor. I last served as senior editor and digital content coordinator at Hour Detroit magazine, and I worked as a journalist for about 8 years. I had plenty of experience working with undergraduate students as I ran the internship program at Hour Detroit and regularly edited and guided students on their writing. I am now able to tutor students in writing.
