About Emma

Hi families! My name is Emma, and I recently relocated to Nashville from Dallas, TX. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including consistent babysitting for local families, volunteering through church programs, and hands-on/ live-in care for my infant niece and toddler nephew. While I've explored different professional paths over the years, childcare has always remained the most meaningful and fulfilling work for me. It's where I feel most purposeful, and I genuinely love investing in children during such important stages of their development. I have experience supporting children of ages varying from newborn to early middle school and those on the autism spectrum and with ADHD! Above all, I understand the trust parents place in someone caring for their children. Safety, communication, reliability, and consistency are extremely important to me, and I take that responsibility seriously.
