Experience: 1 yr
I am a WI native that just moved to Nashville; I have been teaching/working with children for the last 26+ years, the last 12 or so consistently in WI as an Early Childhood Educator in group childcare settings. I have worked with every age from newborn to 12 yrs. old, and every part of childcare from kitchen/teacher/staff trainer/Administration. I work with kids on meeting milestones, as well as education through play. I am very fond of providing screen-free time for children through a Reggio Emilia inspired approach, and love to teach children about the natural world around them with hands-on engagement. ***It is important to note that I do not drive, but I am happy to take children on outings via walking or bus! If it seems like I'd be a good fit for your family or families, please send me a message to chat more or setup an interview!
Kelly K. 08/28/2025 To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Krystle K. for any position working with children. I had the pleasure of knowing Krystle both as the teacher of my daughter and as a colleague at ‘Kaylee’s Garden.’ From the moment my daughter joined Krystle’s class, I was struck by her unique ability to connect with each child on an individual level. As most moms, I was nervous to trust someone else caring for my child for the first time, but Krystle has a wonderfully quirky and fun-loving personality that immediately puts kids at ease. She creates a positive and engaging environment where children feel safe to explore and learn. Her creativity shines through in her lessons and activities, making every day an exciting adventure for the kids. Beyond her infectious energy, Krystle is also incredibly patient, kind, and attuned to the needs of each child. She has a natural talent for understanding children's emotions and providing them with the support and encouragement they need to thrive. As a colleague, I witnessed firsthand her dedication to her profession and her willingness to go above and beyond for her students. Krystle is a true asset to any team. I am confident that Krystle would be a valuable addition to any organization that values creativity, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions. Sincerely, Kelly K.
