Hello families! My name is Emma and I will be graduating in May from the University of Minnesota with a Masters degree in Elementary Education. I have been working with kids for 9 years now and have a deep passion for child development! I am driven, organized, and committed. However, still flexible to change in order to provide each child with their wants/needs. I have been working in a childcare for the entirety of my college career as well as in Elementary schools, therefor I have experience with newborns through 10-year-olds. I love working with kids because I love to watch them grow and learn new skills. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a kid learn something new and seeing them have a 'lightbulb' moment!
