About Emma

Hi, I'm Emma! A couple years ago I moved back to Maui after spending time with family back home in Washington. I spent my time there working as a teacher in a preschool classroom at a non-profit early learning center, as well as working as a nanny for multiple years. To work in the center I was required to complete a 30 hour child care basics training and become CPR certified, and I also completed many creative curriculum and classroom environment based trainings. I believe that learning and growing should be led by children and their interests, but I especially enjoy planning art and nature based activities! I am currently living in Haiku and still shopping around for a reliable vehicle, however looking to begin leasing a car asap. At the moment I work full time as a preschool teacher at Aloha Kai Academy- so my weekends are open availability and during the week I am available after 4.
