About Emma

I'd describe my personality as kind, understanding, flexible I like working with kids because they see the world differently than adults. They are experiencing everything for the first time, there's a sense of wonder in that. I'm looking for a job that I can learn from, I enjoy opportunities where I can communicate with children about their wants and needs. I started working with kids when I was 15 as a babysitter. In my spare time, I like to read, paint, and attend college classes. One thing you should know about me is I am here not only to take care of your child but ensure that you, the parent, feel comfortable with communicating with me. I am here as support and in order to do the best job I can I like to keep communication open throughout the experience. My skills include working with large groups of children on my own (ages 0 - 3), incorporating education into fun and engaging activities, and communicating with children when they are feeling distraught.
