I always approach caregiving with empathy, kindness, and respect for each child's individual needs and personality. In high school, I served as Vice President of Circle of Friends, a club dedicated to supporting and building friendships with students with special needs. Through this leadership role, I developed strong communication, patience, and advocacy skills while learning the importance of creating inclusive and supportive spaces for every child. I was also involved in student government, band, theatre, and several leadership organizations.
