About Emma

From a prior job working as a direct support professional I gained relative experience providing compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs. In this role, I assisted individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. My goal was always to promote independence while ensuring each person felt respected, valued, and supported. I worked closely with individuals to help them reach their personal goals, whether that meant developing life skills, participating in community activities, or improving social interactions. I focused on building positive relationships and creating a supportive environment that encouraged confidence and growth.
