Put clean sheets over dirty sheets, didn’t take out trash and left behind nasty used women’s pads and tampons. Basically did not clean the house at all. My guests had to do all the laundry and towels before they could go to sleep. So drove 45 minutes to do the laundry. Drove all the way from Michigan. I had to give them a full refund. I had many complaints before this one so this was her last clean. And I paid her for leaving my house unclean.
